Important Information:
ASA Season Timeline
ASA will run from the 21st of January to the 16th of May 2025.

ASA Timings
ASAs are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
Students who opt for 'No ASAs' must arrange their transport and be picked up at 2:30 pm from the Primary Office.
Students Transition for ASA
Primary learners will be led to their respective venues from the PYP Courtyard at 2:30 pm for the ASAs.
Students Dismissal after/during ASA
Parents must contact the Primary Secretary as soon as possible if children leave school early or miss an ASA. Children will not be released to anyone other than their designated parent or guardian. On ASA days, the school bus leaves by 4:10 pm. Bus monitors will supervise children at the bus bay by 3:55 pm. Parents or Guardians should collect students who do not use the school bus service outside the Primary Office.

Sickness/Injury During ASA
During an ASA, if a child gets injured or sick, they will be escorted to the Nurse's Room. If necessary, the nurse on duty will contact the parents.

Attendance
The ASA leaders take attendance at the respective venues.

Communication
The Events Manager will communicate all ASA information via email or Toddle message.
Signing-Up for ASAs
Activity registrations will be collected on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note that some activities have a limited number of places. Sign-up times are staggered for primary parents, secondary students, and parents. Registration can only be completed by using the signup forms. The Primary School Signups will start at 3:00 pm on the 3rd of December, 2024 and end at 3:00 pm on the 6th of December, 2024.
ASA Cost
The school offers free ASAs. We charge a fee for Activities led by outside providers. The list of paid ASAs will be mentioned in the activity description and on the signup forms.
Payment
The accounts team will send you an invoice; please make payments only after you receive the invoice. We encourage parents to make online payments, but we do not accept cash payments. Cheques can be handed in at the Event Manager’s Office.
Uniform/Kit
Some activities require specific clothing. If this is the case, you will be informed before the start of the ASA.

Receipts
The accounts team will send receipts.
Child Protection Policy for Coaches & Service Providers
All coaches and service providers have completed a background check and signed the school's Child Protection Code of Conduct.
Change of ASAs / Refunds
Students can opt to change their activity within the first week of ASAs. This can only be done by emailing the Events Manager, who will authorize the refund. Refunds can not be issued after the first week. Classes missed due to weather, strikes, school decisions, or government requests to close the school will not be compensated or refunded.
Non-ASA Days
Please note that ASAs will not be held on the following days:

Thursday - 13th March
Thursday-1st May
